Reception is open from 8.30a.m. until 6.30p.m.

Did you know that we offer appointments after 6:30pm on one evening a week, rotating through Monday, Tuesday and Thursday? If you find it difficult to get to the surgery during normal opening hours please ask the receptionist for a late evening appointment.

Consultations are by appointment only and can be booked:- 

• over the telephone,
• in person, or
• on-line using the internet. Please note you can select Bampton Surgery or Carterton Health Centre.  At present if you have selected Carterton Health Centre, when you confirm your booking, the screen and appointment confirmation printout will show Bampton Surgery.  Unfortunately this problem is outside of our control, however, if you go back and look at your appointments booked, you will see that you have indeed booked at Carterton Health Centre!  Please accept our apologies, we are working with our supplier to resolve this.

Please request details of how to register for on-line booking from reception, or download details here  .  Please return the signed registration forms to reception and you will be sent a unique registration document and instructions to access this facility. Home Visits

It is helpful if you can telephone before 10.30am if you require a home visit.  You will need to give your name, address and telephone number and an indication of why you are requesting a visit by the doctor.  This will enable the doctor to assess the urgency or your request.  The doctor may telephone before visiting.
