Patient Satisfaction Survey

You can view and download the results of our most recent National Patient Survey from April to December 2009 by clicking on this link. The file is in PDF format. The practice report and action plan will follow shortly.

pillsThe Pharmacists request that patients allow minimum 2/3 full working days for the preparation of their repeat medication.

The request can be placed in the box by the pharmacy door or posted in the main letter box when the surgery is closed. You can also order your repeat prescriptions and book appointments on-line. Please ask at reception to register for our new On-line Appointment booking and repeat prescription ordering facility or download the documents  here . Once you have signed the application form, please return it to the surgery either in person or by post and you will be given a unique regisratation document and instruction to access the facility.

You can then access the service here: Repeat Prescriptions On-Line and follow the instructions to create your account. Once you have logged in you will be able to access the facility, from any computer, day or night providing flexibility even when you are at work or away from home.
